Quality Management System
The Quality Management System of the company is based on the requirements of the following standards:
• BS/EN/ISO9001:2000
• AS9120
• FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A
We are approved on all the above standards by BSI Management Systems.
Oxford Aviation is leading stockist and distributor of OEM and FAA-PMA gaseous and fluid filters to the aviation industry.
1: It is the policy of Oxford Aviation (the company) to provide its customers with high quality, reliable and competitive aviation products meeting varying National Airworthiness Authority (NAA) requirements.
2: Company objectives are providing products and services to our customers without sustaining any rejects and non-conformances with deliveries on time.
3: Company has a Quality Manual that implements above standards.
4: Company has an established documented quality system.
5: Company performs internal quality audits and management review as part of Quality Management System to achieve company objectives and ensures continual improvement.
6: Company undertakes corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
7: Company operates an ongoing training program to ensure that its personnel are fully conversant with company objectives and Quality Management System.
8: Company has an established purchasing/procurement system to ensure parts conform to specific documentation requirements.
9: Company has an inspection system in place for all incoming (receiving) parts and storage.
10: Company has a system to control parts that include batch or lot identification, non-conforming parts, recall, and scrap parts. We communicate with all our suppliers on regular basis to minimize potential non-conformances.
11: Company has an active shelf life program.
12: Company has system in place for dispatch of all parts and performance is measured by communicating with customers by faxing or shipping with parts a ‘Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire' on regular basis.
13: Company ships and packs to ATA 300 standard
14: Company dispatches all shipments with FAA 8130-3 Tags, EASA Form One, TCA 24-0078, OEM Certifications or Manufacturing Certs.
15: All NAA certifications are retained and maintained for
7 years and are readily retrievable and available for scrutiny
by NAA representatives or Customers.
16: For your convenience a Supplier Questionnaire has been
completed
